Join me in October for an insightful experience for senior leaders. This month-long learning experience is designed to equip C-suite and other senior leaders with the tools and strategies needed to keep a strong, steady hand on the rudder for your team, so you can all successfully navigate and thrive during periods of crisis and change.

- How to audit and improve your decision-making and governance systems to be sure they’ll weather a crisis
- Understand the phases of crisis and change, and how to best handle each phase
- How to effectively manage reputation, critical communications, messaging, and PR during a crisis
- How to build greater personal authority and deep trust with your team BEFORE the next crisis hits
- How to turn your brain into your best friend through understanding the science of leaders’ stress and thinking during crises and uncertainty

- 1.5-hour workshops every Wednesday in October (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th) at noon PST
- Two optional networking/mastermind groups on Friday October 11th and 25th at noon PST
